Hi! I’m Meryl. A Wellness Chef and Holistic Nutritionist in Los Angeles. Through my plant-based food service I focus on nourishing the mind, body, and spirit from the inside out, while weaving in sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle practices. My easy-to-follow suggestions of organic, thoughtful living prove that small actions can make a big impact.

My passion includes helping people feel better no matter where they are in their journey to optimal health and wellness. In addition to caring for our personal well-being, I care deeply about the well-being and future of the planet. I regularly contribute articles about sustainability for online and print publications, and give informational lectures to help increase awareness around global warming and climate change.
